Colin is an innovative business leader with a successful career spanning over 20 years in the Medical Technology industry. He has a finance background with a wealth of business partnering experience and has worked in a global business where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth levels to an average of 10% per annum over the long term. He specialises in driving performance by challenging the status quo, creating and implementing alternative operational approaches, and then taking decisive action to improve financial outcomes.
Colin is passionate about working with ambitious businesses and committed business owners to realise their true potential by combining his experience and style with the proven world class business growth methodologies of Chrysalis Partners. His unique results-driven approach focuses on multiplying sales and profitability quickly and systemising businesses to improve efficiency.
He is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with the acumen to understand business challenges and the levers to pull to exploit opportunities and improve financial outcomes. He also recognises the direct link between personal belief and achieving results. His extensive experience of mentoring and coaching is invaluable in guiding and supporting others positively to building knowledge, confidence and gaining perspective.
